Ron Solera °1
The Solera °1 from Ghost in a Bottle was released in late 2022. After the Double Aged Rum, the Bordeaux Cask and Pineapple Infused, this is the 4th rum in a row!
Rum from Venezuela
The basic of this rum is a Solera rum from Venezuela. Solera means a blend made from different years. In this case, between 2 and 8 years old rums. During 1 year, the rum matures further in ex-bourbon barrels (American Whisky) in the cellars of Ghost in a Bottle in Hoeilaart.
World Rum Awards 2023
The Solera °1 won the 'Gold Award' in the 'Column still' category at the 2023 World Rum Awards in London. 'Column still' means that the rum is distilled in a column. Meanwhile, this is the fourth award on our record!
Savoury Sipping Rum
The Solera °1 has plenty of sticky dried stone fruit, dates, sultanas and sultanas. Soft baking spices in the nose, as well as gingerbread. Savory and sweet on the palate. More dried fruit. Rich vanilla and some spice in the finish. This rum is best decanted pure or 'on the rocks'.
The rum is available in 70 cl en 10 cl.

Double Aged Rum
In August 2018, Ghost in a Bottle launched its first rum Ghost in a Bottle Double Aged, a five year-old rum with an alcohol content of 40%.

In September 2020, we launched our second rum: Ghost in a Bottle Bordeaux Cask. It’s a five year-old amber rum with an alcohol content of 40%.
Pineapple Infused Rum
Ghost in a Bottle launched Ghost in a Bottle Pineapple Infused in September 2020. The distinctive feature of this rum, which is aged for five years and has an alcohol content of 40%, is the natural infusion of pineapples.
